VI Mechanical Services — Establishment and general contractor at 1022 Elm Street, Rocky Hill, Connecticut.

I have tried on two different occasions to have them come look at my furnace. The first time was the first week I moved into my home. It was 100+ degrees out and my blower wasn't working. I called and made an appointment for a Thursday. I took off of work and they never showed. When I called back I couldn't get in touch with anyone. I was able to fix the blower on my own. About 7 months later the first week in January it was actually the extreme opposite being close to 0 degrees out(new England climate this is normal) My furnace began smoking when it was working hard. I called and they said they could get out either Monday after noon or Tuesday. Both days went by and no one got in touch with me. I have left a couple messages on their phone and being a week later no one has gotten in touch with me. I yet again found someone else who talked me through the issue. I don't understand how these people are still in business.
