Highly Recommend – I needed my first industrial sewing machine for my business and found Renato’s sewing after searching online. From the very first time I spoke to Renato he was professional and spent time figuring out the best options for me. He went on my site and researched my product so he could get a good grasp of what my sewing machine needs were. Once he had the machine in mind he tested it on my product before having me make the drive to see it, which was very convenient for me. Long story short, I did eventually see the machine and buy it. It is perfect for my needs. He delivered the unit when he said he would, he put the unit together as he said he would, the machine performs as he said it would, and I was never charged a cent over what he quoted me to do the job. Not once has there been a commitment made on his end that was not met. Additionally, I can reach him when I have questions every time. I am somewhat of a special case as I do not have the sewing experience of most of his clients. He always takes the time to help me and answer my questions. It’s obvious that my happiness with my machine, and my being a satisfied customer is of the upmost importance to him. You will not find better service elsewhere.
