Love this studio! Loren is the best yoga teacher I've ever taken a class with. I tried several studios around the Hartford area to find the the perfect fit of not too hot, not too "crunchy", not too serious, and Flow has it all. Loren has a very calming, soothing voice that makes the outside world disappear while you are on your mat. She clearly explains and shows how to get into each pose and offers (and encourages!) several variations for varying skill levels. She also plays awesome music during class that perfectly coincides with the poses and provides a great soundtrack to your practice.
