Dunkin' Donuts — Establishment, food, cafe and bakery at 1949 Silas Deane Highway, Rocky Hill, Connecticut.

Worst Dunkin Donuts in New England. This happened on Friday May 4th 2018. Went through the drive thru.... For 2 croissant sandwiches.. sat at the window for 10 minutes waiting. Got the sandwiches and they are ice cold, yet somehow burnt beyond belief. So I went in side and asked for 2 new sandwiches because the ones I got were a little burnt. 2 minutes go by and the girl tells me that all the croissants are like that and to pick something else.( so they didn't just burn my croissant, they've been handing them out like that all day.) While waiting for my bagel, which took another 10 min, I was watching the girl making the drinks open the whipped cream with her mouth, separate the drink lids with her mouth, like it was nothing. I'm not a germaphobe or anything but still kinda gross. My girlfriend and I each ate half of our bagels. They were kind of meh after all that.
